September 21, The 5th China International Patent & Brand Expo and the 1st China (ShunDe) International Industrial Design Expo came to a successful close. This is sponsored by the State Intellectual Property Office, the People's Government of Guangdong Province, Intellectual Property Office of Guangdong Provincial, Science and Technology Department of Guangdong Province to build a joint national expertise in the field of intellectual property rights in the broadest impact, the highest level, the largest one of the event. With the theme of "Nortel outstanding achievements in science and technology wonderful world" Guangdong Nortel demonstrated its hot-selling products and leading technology solutions with Nortel marketing teams, including next-generation wireless communications, end-to-end wireless solutions in cities etc.

ShunDe Exhibition Center, as well as the location of this exhibition, is also the right location of wave 1 project which signed between Shunde Technology Bureau & GDNT to build up the digital city for Shunde Government, so the whole Exhibition Center has been covered for wireless network with 30 APs. People with the hand-held wireless devices will find it available to access Internet at anytime, anywhere. At the same time, in GDNT booth, PDA, laptop, video phones and other devices also displayed its advanced technology. They attracted many government officers and public visiting GDNT booth, all people has a great interest in "Digital city", Telepresence and so on.

Finally, by virtue of innovative design and application experience, Guangdong Nortel has also been awarded by the organizers of the "The Best Exhibit". Through the exhibition, GDNT once again consolidate the image of product and corporate in majority of its customers and the public, even highlighted the values of Nortel, "Business made simple".
