| 职位 | Sr. RF Hardware Designer |
| 职位要求 | Job Purpose You will join a team that strives for continuous improvement and excellence. You will be responsible for new transceiver designs and cost reduction of the existing transceiver designs. You also will be responsible for transceiver verification, integration and manufacturing support activities. You will work and interact with senior engineers of other Nortel organization, account primes, and customers. Responsibilities - CDMA transceiver and PA design, integration and verification - Build and lead a team of RF design engineers responsible for transceiver and PA development - Generate analog block and level diagrams and derive receiver and transmitter performance - Perform design simulations, design analysis, and worst-case analysis - Generate schematics and PCB layouts utilizing both FR-4 and mixed dielectric PCBs - Perform 4 corner simulations, providing technical support and resolve design issues - Produce low cost designs and introduce cost reductions that meet cost targets - Perform transceiver and PA verification and perform design centering - Generate, review and release General Specifications and Test Reports Qualifications - B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering - Minimum of 5 years UHF circuit board and PA design experience - Experienced with RF budgets and impairment analysis - Experienced with S-parameters and impedance matching - Experienced with RF test equipment and methodologies - Experience using Agilent ADS, Ansoft and Matlab simulation tools - Experience with Cadence Concept and Allegro tools is an asset - Knowledge of CDMA and GSM radio theory & operating principles is an asset - Proven technical and interpersonal skills in a multi-function and dynamic team environment - Strong written and verbal communications skills - Sound decision making based upon analysis, common sense, experience and risk |
